Larsen and Turbo Hydro Engineering declared that it had bagged twin orders from the Oil & Natural Gas Corporation.
L&T said that the EPCIC (Engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning) contract was grated for the development of the Heera Panna block and Mumbai High South field of western offshore basin near Mumbai.
As per the classification of contracts the orders range from between Rs 2,500 crore ad Rs 5,000 crore. According to L&T these contacts have been granted based on international competitive bidding on a lump sum turnkey basis.
