Earthmoving and construction equipment manufacturer JCB India Limited has opened a new dealer facility in Raipur, named as GK JCB, informed the company in a release.
It also says that the new state-of-the-art dealership facility has been built to provide an unmatched experience to JCB customers and will offer full product portfolio.
Spread across 25,000 sq ft, GK JCB employs over 200 people which include teams from sales, service and parts. It is equipped with a 4-bay integrated workshop, special hydraulic and pneumatic tools, a welding bay and a service training facility.
Subir Kumar Chowdhury, MD & CEO of JCB India, said, “Chhattisgarh is an important market for us and with this new facility at Raipur, we look forward towards consolidating our position in the state. GK JCB has invested significantly in creating a new dealership facility at Raipur through which we are fully committed towards the Sales, Service and Parts requirements for our customers.”
