Godrej Properties (GPL) has entered into a joint venture(JV ) with TDI group to develop a residential project in Connaught Place, New Delhi, the company said in a BSE filing.
Mohit Malhotra, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties, said, “This will be our third project in Delhi and further expands our presence across India’s leading cities.”
The project is estimated to have a developable potential of approximately 1.25 lakh sq ft saleable area comprising primarily of residential apartments of various configurations.
The company recently bought approximately 16 acres land parcel at Sarjapur, Bengaluru to develop a mid-income project. This project is estimated to have a development potential of approximately 1.5 million sq ft saleable area
Godrej Properties reported a 403 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended September 2021. Its profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 35.72 crore in Q2 FY22. The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 334.22 crore in the said quarter.
