SURIEPOX 1080 Epoxy System
SURIEPOX 1080 is a two-component epoxy resin system that provides excellent mechanical resistance and surface finish. The system comprises of epoxy resin and hardener. The product maintains floor surface stability and high transparency. The epoxy resin after being mixed with hardener impregnates marble surface pores, forming a hard barrier at the surface and further avoiding adherence of other particles. The biggest advantage of the product is its high bonding strength. The product is used for fixing, joining, installing and filling marble floors.
The SURIEPOX 1080 Epoxy system comprises a set of Part A and Part B. To apply epoxy, the surface must be cleaned, then grind the marble to create a surface that the epoxy can bond to. Once the floor is completely sanded, any additional dirt and dust must be cleaned from it. Then you can apply an epoxy system. The mixing ratio by weight is 2 parts of epoxy resin (part A) and 1 part of hardener (part B). Mix part A and part B thoroughly and apply to the marble surface. The surface can be polished after 24 hours according to the ambient temperature.
