Aparna Enterprises to invest Rs 100 crore in aluminum window & door segment

The company plans to invest Rs 40 crore in a new manufacturing facility in this fiscal and aims to command 8%-10% of the aluminum window and door system market in next four years.

Aparna Enterprises, a building materials manufacturer, plans to invest Rs 100 crore towards building its aluminum window and door system brand Alteza in next four years.

The investments will be used for strengthening its product portfolio as well as manufacturing facility, marketing and retailing.

Ashwin Reddy, managing director, Aparna Enterprises said, “Aluminum window and door system market in India is close to Rs 20,000 crore and it is growing at a CAGR of 7.9%.From the Rs 100 crore, 60 percent of the funds will be directed towards strengthening the manufacturing capacity and the rest towards research & development and building our dealership network. We plan to hire more than 100 people by the end of 2021 and majority of this will be in Telangana.”

Launched in 2019, Alteza offers aluminium window, door and railing systems.
