What is JCB’s take on digitisation?

With IoT and Big Data becoming prominent in the manufacturing sector, there has been an evident demand shift in the market. Today, the customers want clarity about the work and condition of each machine at their fingertips; hence, the digital integration has now become immensely significant.

JCB India, always keeping customer demand on priority, introduced new technologies that changed the way the industry worked. Its LiveLink technology, aimed at Next Generation Asset Monitoring and Fleet management, is the first of its kind in the market. Through real-time data available on the smart devices, customers can access information on critical parameters of their fleet, such as maintenance and service, thereby improving equipment uptime. LiveLink also gives reminders on critical machine health and stores all machine data back-up.

JCB India’s other technology, ‘Intelli’ gives the customers complete analytics of the machines. The customers can also check the status of their machines via JCB’s smart app that even allows them to track down service and parts availability nearby.
